Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the day-to-day operation of the laboratory.
2. Support and align the analytical and technical services to support operations.
3. Conduct routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, in-process, and final products.

Requirements:

• BTech in Analytical Chemistry or BSc in Chemistry/Material Science. Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of analytical laboratory experience.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Good verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
• Strong management skills with a focus on standards, efficiency, effectiveness, and results.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of method qualification with standard practices (statistical, method validation, performance verification).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SAP, etc.
