Salary : R60,000 (Combined) | Live-In

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple for a newly established, ultra-exclusive 5-star game reserve based near Bloemfontein . This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic couple with a passion for hospitality, wildlife, and remote lodge living.

About the Property :

22-hectare private reserve

Exclusive offering with a maximum of 10 guests

Dutch ownership

High-end, all-inclusive operation

Newly built, luxury tented accommodation (open-plan living quarters provided for the couple)

Comparable in style and standard to premier lodges like Simbavati or Tswalu

Key Responsibilities :

Combined Duties :

Oversee all lodge operations ensuring seamless guest experiences

Maintain the highest standards in service, safety, and hospitality

Manage daily logistics, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and property upkeep

Liaise with owners and external stakeholders regularly

Align operations with conservation goals and sustainability practices

Male Partner :

FGASA Level 2 (required)

Valid Trails Guide qualification

Strong guiding skills and guest engagement

Female Partner :

Proven background in F&B, Front of House, Reservations, and Marketing

Strong guest relations and hosting capabilities

Candidate Requirements :

Previous experience managing or working at a 5-star lodge

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Financial competence in budgeting, reporting, and inventory control

A deep understanding of remote lodge life and flexibility to adapt

Passion for wildlife, conservation, and exceptional guest service
