We are currently seeking a highly capable SAP HCM SUPPORT MANAGER to lead the delivery and ongoing support of SAP HR systems across the AVI Group.

This is a pivotal role for a subject matter expert who enjoys translating complex business needs into robust, scalable, and sustainable SAP solutions.

As the SAP HCM SUPPORT MANAGER , you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, enhancement, and compliance of our SAP HR systems.

Youll bridge the gap between technical teams and HR stakeholdersproactively supporting operations while enabling future-focused digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires a confident leader who can manage both day-to-day operations and larger HR SAP projects with ease.

Reporting Structure : Reports to : Executive : Systems and Enabling Technology Direct Reports : 3 Direct Reports Key Areas of Impact : Lead the delivery of SAP HR projects and enhancements from scoping through to post-implementation support.

Act as a strategic advisor to HR and Shared Services on SAP HCM and related technologies.

Manage the end-to-end resolution of support queries and application issues, maintaining zero-tolerance for unresolved incidents.

Ensure the application of SAP Support Packs, Legal Change Packs, and Notes in a complex, customised landscape.

Provide functional leadership across modules including : Payroll (weekly and monthly cycles) Time Management (positive, negative, and hybrid) Organisational Management Personnel Administration & Development Employee & Manager Self-Service SAP Workflow, CATS, Training & Events Third-party integrations via ALE / PI (e.g.

banking, payroll services) What It Takes to Succeed : Experience that set you up for success : Minimum of 8 years or more in a SAP HCM functional role Experience in at least 5 full lifecycle implementations .
