Oversee the entire HR function for DSV Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management of HR Team
  2. Overseeing the full HR cycle from onboarding to performance management to exits
  3. Driving the global HR strategy
  4. Championing diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging in line with the management and control pillar of BBBEE
  5. Talent Acquisition & talent management
  6. Support in driving the 1 DSV culture
  7. Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
  8. Budgeting and Cost management
  9. Providing guidance on the HR matters
  10. Monitoring the achievement of HR goals including employee retention, cost efficiency, legal compliance, performance management
  11. Ensuring that HR initiatives driven by Global are completed effectively
  12. Collaborating with Department Heads in managing headcount and recruitment costs
  13. Enforcing policies and procedures within the HR and Recruitment functions
  14. Oversee employee relations and ensure fair labour practices
  15. Oversee training initiatives from a compliance and quality point of view
  16. Oversee Employee wellness initiatives such as EAP, blood drives, wellness days
  17. Co-ordinating Saville psychometric tests
  18. Part of the EXCO at DSV Healthcare
  19. Plan, organise and implement HR activities
  20. Provide guidance to the business on HR policy and people management issues including workforce planning, recruitment & selection, retention, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations
  21. Implementation of the collective agreements of the NBCCI & NBCRFLI and ensuring adherence by all stakeholders
  22. Driving and implementing the global employee satisfaction survey and assisting managers with solutions to increase employee engagement
  23. Assisting Line Managers with Rewards and Recognition
  24. Change management
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification : Completed Bachelors degree in Psychology or HR
  • 15 years HR generalist experience
  • At least 5 years HR GM or Senior Management experience
  • Experience with managing a team including a HR Manager
