Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  2. Safety qualification or studying towards it will be advantageous
  3. Strong organisational and planning skills
  4. Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
  5. Fluent in English and isiZulu
  6. Computer literate (MS Office)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with registration process and documentation
  2. Ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery, and equipment are available and in excellent working order before training sessions
  3. Create and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates delegates
  4. Facilitate programmes according to KBC and SAQA facilitation best practices and self-prepared programme enhancement/lesson plans
  5. Conduct, evaluate, and provide feedback on training needs assessments
  6. Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete assessments
  7. Review and report course evaluations

Character Traits:

  1. Ability to work under pressure
  2. High level of client/customer service
  3. Problem-solving skills

Interviewing Process: 1 to 2 panel interviews

Reporting To: Business Unit Leader

Starting Date: As soon as possible
