MIDRAND, JHB - Gauteng (ZA)

OPERATING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday - Friday
• 08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm
• After hour support may be required on occasion for operational purposes

REPORTS TO : Director

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :

• R10,000 - R15,000 per month (based on desired experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be based in or within reasonable traveling distance to Rosebank, Johannesburg
• Reliable transport
• Excellent command of English (Read, Write and Speak)
• Computer literate with booking systems, emails and reports (ESP / HeadStart / Chi-Desk / Salon Iris or similar)
• Receptionist / Support employment experience in Salon, Spa or Healthcare essential

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

• Confident using a computer and digital platforms
• Experience working with booking systems, software and social media
• Knowledgeable on skin care, spa therapies and beauty systems
• Knowledge of spa & salon procedures
• Excellent customer service - we are client centric and you need to build and maintain rapport
• Problem solving abilities (patience and compassion are key skills)
