Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the client base while managing costs. Assist in retaining or signing unbanked customers to improve profitability. Maximize sales by offering packaged financial solutions. Maintain knowledge of all FirstRand approved products, application procedures, fulfillment processes, and timelines to meet sales targets. Maximize cross-selling opportunities. Promote adoption of digital and self-service options among clients. Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity. Use resources responsibly to achieve cost efficiencies. Meet financial targets and uphold service levels. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Deliver customer service aligned with quality standards.
