To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs and aspirations.

Adhere to quality standards, turnaround times, and company policies. Complete relevant administration, reporting, and information updates accurately and promptly. Achieve sales targets aligned with performance scorecards; manage pipeline and sales quality to maintain an acceptable cost of sales ratio. Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the client base while managing costs. Assist in retaining or signing unbanked customers to improve profitability. Maximize sales by offering packaged financial solutions. Maintain knowledge of all FirstRand approved products, application procedures, fulfillment processes, and timelines to meet sales targets. Maximize cross-selling opportunities. Promote adoption of digital and self-service options among clients. Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity. Use resources responsibly to achieve cost efficiencies. Meet financial targets and uphold service levels. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Deliver customer service aligned with quality standards.
