Job description

Our client is a global leader in UGC (user-generated content) and marketing educational programs, dedicated to teaching aspiring and freelance creators how to master essential skills, attract more business opportunities, and maximize revenue from their customers.

They are seeking a dauntless, resilient, and articulate Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team. Do not apply if you cannot handle making up to + calls per day, including a mix of cold calling and responding to inbound leads. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and maintain emotional steadiness and sharpness in the face of rejection. Please note that this position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in South Africa for convenience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Cold Calling: Make 50 or more outbound calls per day to content creators, business owners, and marketing decision-makers across various industries.
  2. Inbound Lead Follow-up: Engage and qualify inbound inquiries promptly, responding within 48 hours.
  3. Objection Handling: Address common concerns confidently and pre-emptively, keeping conversations focused and productive.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Log all interactions accurately in our sales platform for effective pipeline management.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to improve messaging and lead handoffs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.
  • Money-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills: clear, articulate, persuasive.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to empathize with customers and handle rejection.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
