Key Requirements for Consideration

1. Education and Experience: Matric certificate with 5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or Hazardous Chemical products. A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is advantageous.
2. Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in staff supervision, operations coordination, customer service, receiving and distribution supervision. Strong distribution administration skills, stock movement, and planning aligned with customer orders.
3. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, planning expertise, and motivational leadership qualities.
4. Technical Proficiency and Requirements: Proficiency in Excel and Sage software. Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and a clear criminal and credit record.
