Beyond - Land Tour Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and execute land tour programs and events.
  2. Support administrative preparation and management of travel files, ensuring effective operations and quality control.
  3. Travel with groups and assist with on-site coordination as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the Groups & Incentives Reservations Manager and Operations Manager to maintain profitability and margins aligned with &Beyond guidelines.
  5. Provide proactive support to the Groups and Incentives team.
  6. Maintain good relationships with partners and monitor service level adherence by suppliers.
  7. Assist with account communication to ensure timely debt collection and report potential bad debts.
  8. Keep all travel documentation and schedules accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Ensure compliance with country travel restrictions during planning and execution.
  10. Recommend improvements to enhance guest experiences and customer service.
  11. Handle client and guest complaints promptly, forwarding to the appropriate managers.
  12. Be on call for emergencies, alerting clients and managers as necessary.
  13. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-5 years inbound tour consulting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, including current trends, destination management, and customer expectations.
  • Strong understanding of terms, conditions, and markets in which &Beyond operates.
  • Experience in crisis management, emergency response, and risk mitigation.

  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and reservation systems like Tourplan.
