Responsibilities :
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  2. Set achievable sales targets, forecast revenues, and plan sales activities accordingly.
  3. Team Leadership and Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  4. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
  5. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  6. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages.
  8. Implement effective sales processes and use CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
  9. Sales Execution : Direct the sales team in executing sales plans, prospecting, and closing deals.
  10. Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Quota Achievement : Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue quotas.
  12. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  13. Sales Collateral and Presentations : Coordinate the development of sales collateral, presentations, and materials.
  14. Ensure sales materials effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  15. Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  16. Oversee the process of closing deals and contracts.
  17. Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management.
  18. Provide insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  19. Market Analysis and Insights : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  20. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics.
  21. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  22. Share market feedback to influence product development and marketing efforts.
  23. Customer Feedback Integration : Gather and integrate customer feedback into sales strategies and improvements.
  24. Use customer insights to enhance product offerings and services.
  25. Sales Process Optimization : Continuously refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  26. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder sales progress.

Qualifications :
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Degree / Certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field would be an advantage.
Experience :
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in technology, aviation, or drone industry sales is an advantage.
