Job description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our ambitious sales team in South Africa.

You will work with leading network solutions globally and enhance your B2B sales skills.

Teltonika's networking solutions division develops and produces industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems.

Our devices serve clients in complex sectors such as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

We offer an opportunity for dedicated sales professionals to improve their skills, deepen product knowledge, and earn significant commissions.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Driving B2B sales of innovative networking solutions by delivering high-performance products to clients and enabling IoT technology adoption.
  2. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic prospecting, closing deals, and building strong relationships.
  3. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within targeted markets and industries.
  4. Building lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing value perception of our products and services.
  5. Utilizing advanced technologies and working within the Teltonika High-Tech Hill in Vilnius to stay at the forefront of IoT and semiconductor innovations.
  6. Contributing to the growth of Teltonika in Africa and shaping the future of IoT in the region.
Daily Tasks:
  • Meeting clients online and in person, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Preparing commercial proposals that close deals and address real-world challenges.
  • Managing customer pipelines via CRM for optimal opportunity tracking.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and uncover new opportunities.
  • Serving as the main client contact, coordinating with technical, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless service.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Over 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in networking solutions (routers, switches, gateways, security).
  • Organized, results-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious about earning potential.
  • Minimum qualification: National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Critical thinker with a desire for growth and challenge-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Interest or knowledge in IoT industry is a plus.
