Job description


The tasks include:

CONTENT

- content creation (especially behind the scenes) (photos, videos, text)

- keeping our content banks up to date and organised

SOCIAL MEDIA

- manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc), ensuring content is consistent & on-brand, working closely alongside our existing social media team

- grow social media audiences

- plan & arrange campaigns, giveaways, etc

- be on top of social media trends

MAILING LISTS (B2C & B2B)

- manage & grow mailing list

- plan emails ahead of time

- create mailers (ahead of time and last minute when needed)

WEBSITES & WHOLESALE PLATFORMS

- work alongside team to update content & add new collections & products

- freshen up the websites and wholesale platforms (especially home page)

- create blogs (images, text, etc)

- improve user experience

- assist with processing online orders when required

PHOTOGRAPHY & GRAPHIC DESIGN

- arrange shoots with our in-house photographer

- create new catalogues

- create new brochures, flyers, banners, etc

- create new artwork for social media, mailers, etc

CAMPAIGN PLANNING

- take initiative to plan campaigns with the rest of the team, and implement across all platforms

OFFICE ADMIN

- supporting the office team with office and operational admin as required

The requirements are as follows:

REQUIREMENTS

- creative and an eye for detail

- graphic design experience

- exceptional writing, research, & communication skills

- social media management experience

- proficient in Canva, Adobe photoshop & illustrator (or the like)

- creativity & enthusiasm

- able to work independently without supervision & take initiative

- able to work closely with our existing team

- able to come up with new ideas, and be on top of trends

- able to work under pressure with tight deadlines - experience with Shopify (experience with wholesale platforms will be a bonus)

- understanding of SEO

- experience with Mailchimp & Privy
