Job description

We’re hiring! We’re looking for a smart, innovative Customer Experience Agent to join our team and help us ensure that our customers have a consistently excellent and delightful experience whenever they engage with us. The Role

You will be part of the Customer Experience team, the first line of communication in and out of the company. Your role as a customer experience agent at Pargo is to support the Customer Experience team, assist with client queries from various communication channels, and support the operations team in following up on partners' or customers' parcels.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicate with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Know our products inside and out to answer questions effectively.
  6. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who aligns with our values and approach. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of executing tasks efficiently, with the following requirements:

  1. National Senior Certificate (Gr 12) or equivalent.
  2. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  3. Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and office tools like Google Sheets.
  4. Experience working in a customer support environment.
