Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities

• Increase customer base by conducting cold calls to new and potential customers, representing the store positively in the marketplace, and making structured calls to existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales budgets.
• Follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays.
• Resolve customer queries and issues related to goods.
• Manage sales and administrative functions effectively.
• Handle external sales functions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer advice and alternatives to customers as needed.
• Uphold and promote the company's values and culture.
