Sales and Design Consultant Requirements:

• Overview: R10,000 - R15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission on sales.
• Role based in the showroom.
• Skills, Experience, and Training:
• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy (mandatory).
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
• Advantageous qualifications and experience:
• 3 years of sales or project management experience.
• Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
• Formal interior design qualification.
• 2-3 years of interior design work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Develop and finalize designs for clients.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management and client expectations.
• Provide regular feedback and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
• Ensure quality service delivery and meet sales and margin targets.

You will have unlimited earning potential, comprising a basic salary plus commissions and incentives based on sales.
