Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
2. Registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS)
3. Bachelor and/or Honors in Quantity Surveying from an accredited and internationally recognized university or institution
4. Experience in guiding and mentoring Candidate Quantity Surveyors
5. Strong working knowledge of project systems including APIC and PDS
6. Ability to manage project teams and monitor performance against deliverables
7. Familiarity with QA requirements, data benchmarking, and compliance
