We are looking for a hardworking, proactive, multicultural, bilingual Senior Account Executive (3-4 years of experience) with expertise and passion within the consumer space to join our dedicated team in Los Angeles. In this role, you'll play a key part in our business, managing programming, partnerships, and media relations for one of the world's most iconic brands.

The Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the large account team to manage daily programming.
2. Proactively identify new insights and opportunities for earned media, community programming, and partnerships.
3. Build and sustain positive relationships with media, clients, and agency partners.
4. Execute community-impactful programming that delivers results for clients.
5. Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Assist the account team with various tasks, demonstrating that no task is too small or big.
7. Maintain strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

The Requirements:

1. Recognize that excellent client service is essential to success.
2. Be highly proficient and diligent in all aspects of communications, eager to contribute.
3. Be organized with keen attention to detail.
4. Have experience in account management, comfortable with staffing client calls and supporting account leads.
5. Quickly understand business needs, trending topics, and connect dots to deliver timely results.
6. Possess excellent writing skills.
7. Engage with and address mid-level clients effectively.
8. Exhibit outstanding judgment when working with media, team members, clients, and vendors.
9. Have 3-4+ years of media relations experience; agency experience is a plus.
10. Having a multicultural background/experience and being bilingual are PRIORITIES.
