We’re Hiring: Feed Team Leader (Milling)
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month

Scholtz Partners International is looking for a Feed Team Leader to oversee staff in feed production and cleaning processes, including mixing, blending, pelletizing, packaging, and labelling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a junior leadership role in the feed mill industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise feed production teams and processes

Operate and manage feed mill machinery and equipment

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Monitor labelling and packaging procedures

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent)

1 year of supervisory experience

3 years of experience in the feed mill industry

Valid Forklift License

Basic MS Office and SharePoint knowledge

Understanding of Animal Feed Production

Familiarity with ISO 22000, Act 36 (Agriculture), and farm feed regulations

Speaking an African language is advantageous

Experience in a feed mill environment is beneficial but not essential
