Summary: Law For All views the role of Client Care Agent as one that requires compassion, friendliness, and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all client care, member service, complaint, inquiries, call transfers, etc.

Referring telephonic calls to the correct departments, providing the necessary services to the public in portraying a positive image and attitude.

Responsibilities: (The duties outlined below are not exhaustive, and any reasonable request or demand made by LAW for ALL, or that the office might require, will be the responsibility of the Client Care Agent to comply with and/or attend to)

  1. Answer courteously to inbound and outbound calls as well as respond to client inquiries.
  2. Attend and assist clients with policy administration queries, including:
  • Updating client's personal information
  • Updating/changing banking details or debit order switch instructions
  • Cancelling policies
  • Attending to payment and deduction-related queries
  • Sending fulfillment packs to clients
  • Sending group scheme policy queries to our corporate department
  • Attending to PTP's
  • Attending to any other Policy Administration function
  • Attend to any reasonable instruction from the employer.
  • Assist with ad hoc policy administration requests from management and/or executive level.
  • Transfer calls and other communication to the relevant department.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 2 years' working experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment
    • Honesty and integrity
    • Ability to speak, write, and understand African languages such as Sotho, Tswana, Sepedi, Venda, Tsonga
    • Full computer literacy and good communication and administration skills
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Excellent team player
    • Ability to work independently
    • Positive and motivated attitude
