Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management :
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and monitor financial performance.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Customer Service :
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by regularly reviewing feedback and implementing improvements.
- Staff Management :
- Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring a high level of morale and team spirit.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Menu Development :
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus.
- Ensure menu items are profitable and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Marketing and Promotion :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.
- Proficiency in financial management and cost control.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Food and Beverage certificate
