Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 12 branches across KZN and Eastern Cape, ensuring business goals are achieved.
• Monitor performance, sales, and branch operations for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to branch managers and staff, promoting motivation, productivity, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations, offer support, and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance and profitability.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention in all regions.
• Collaborate with senior management to report on branch performance, challenges, and operational improvements.
• Ensure all branches meet regulatory requirements and operate within company policies and local regulations.
• Handle operational issues and escalate concerns as necessary to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of management experience within the micro lending or cash loan industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple branches and teams.
• Strong understanding of micro lending products, services, and operations.
• Ability to travel regularly between branches in KZN and Eastern Cape.
• Fluent in Zulu, with excellent communication skills.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills essential.
