Your Role:
  • Upholding a high correspondence standard with South African clients both on email, telephonically, and in person.
  • Manage a team of Client Liaisons.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Logging and updating information on demand.
  • Discuss and assist clients with order particulars.
  • Perform general administrative functions.
  • Attend shows to market the company and products.
