Duties & Responsibilities

1. Incident processing and adherence to SLA standards
2. SAP BW transport management
3. Support with month-end processes
4. User support
5. Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations and dashboards
6. Post go-live support
7. General Operations support
8. End to End Testing support

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience working in international teams

Essential Skills

• SAP SAC
• SAP BW Backend and Queries
• SAP HANA
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Any additional responsibilities as per the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
