Are you a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for operations and project delivery? Our client, a leading property development company based in Centurion , is seeking a Field Services & Project Manager to supervise and manage their Field Service Department , ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance and installation projects across their portfolio.

This is a hybrid role with both field-based and office-based responsibilities , requiring travel between branches.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage Field Service Department personnel, workload, and labour resource planning.
  • Oversee ongoing and preventative maintenance across the company’s property portfolio.
  • Manage projects from site visit through to final commissioning.
  • Design and implement operational strategies to enhance service efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor project profitability and coordinate closely with procurement for resources and logistics.
  • Ensure all field representatives follow standard operating procedures and safety compliance.
  • Review project scope and manage customer expectations throughout installation.
  • Maintain accurate service records, building compliance documentation, and cost reports.
  • Drive team performance, training, and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Budgeting, cash flow planning, and preventative maintenance scheduling.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years’ experience in field service or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to supervise both mechanical and electrical installations.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office , particularly Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and hazmat protocols (advantageous).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proven success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
