An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Growth Hacker/Senior Business Development Specialist to join a leading growth hacker of early-stage businesses across the UK and EU. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in the growth of innovative startups, generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and qualifying leads. What you'll do:

  1. Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  2. Identify and research potential clients for our portfolio companies focused on the B2B approach
  3. Work closely with internal teams to refine target audiences and sales strategies
  4. Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives
  5. Build rapport and develop relationships with decision-makers at various levels of an organisation
  6. Track outreach and lead interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of leads and follow-up actions

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development role (preferably in B2B sales)
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and using social media for prospecting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to engage and influence key decision-makers in a variety of industries
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and outreach efforts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive etc.)
