We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer for our Non-tech AI program (B2B). Please note that after applying, you will be required to complete a test assignment.

What you will do

Update Our Current Courses

• Audit courses for cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with educational outcomes.
• Work with student feedback and SME recommendations to improve course quality.
• Update course content in collaboration with SMEs.
• Maintain a backlog of improvements.

Develop New Materials

• Participate in learning needs analysis and course design with Product Manager and SME.
• Map learning outcomes for courses, modules, and lessons.
• Write content based on SME materials, prepare exercises and learning aids.
• Prepare materials for sales training on new courses.
• Create and update course documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an instructional or learning experience designer for adult education.
• Familiarity with teaching complex skills using models and methodologies.
• Experience in developing diverse educational content, including articles, projects, tasks, infographics, assessments.
• Ability to design and implement assessments for skills and knowledge.
• Proficiency in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps.
• Experience with tools like Figma and HeyGen is preferred.
• Proficient in English (C1 or higher).

Nice-to-have

• Background in digital professions (marketing, design, product/project management).
