Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Investigate and resolve software bugs reported by clients or internal teams.
2. Analyze error logs, database records, and application behavior to diagnose issues.
3. Apply patches or small code changes to fix defects.
4. Respond to client inquiries regarding software functionality and errors.
5. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance.
6. Document common issues and solutions for future reference.
7. Implement and test code changes for bug fixes and minor enhancements.
8. Ensure that updates are properly deployed without disrupting operations.
9. Collaborate with development teams on larger feature rollouts when needed.
10. Identify whether an issue is caused by a system bug or user error.
11. Guide users on proper system usage and best practices.
12. Provide feedback to clients to reduce repeat errors and improve efficiency.
13. Work with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to improve system stability.
14. Document findings and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
15. Suggest workflow optimizations to reduce common support issues.
16. Take full responsibility for completing the required task in the given time.
17. Produce good quality code and comment code properly.

Qualifications:

1. Capable of problem-solving independently.
2. Good understanding of data integrity and security best practices.
3. Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
4. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a full stack software developer using technologies such as Delphi / C# / SQL / RESTful Web API.
5. Exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
6. A deep understanding of relational database concepts and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Great attention to detail.
9. Delivering on requirements on-time and to specification with a high level of quality.
10. Ability to work calmly and methodically when under pressure.
