Role Overview:

As an RPO Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for our client, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the end-to-end process. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and delivery top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, understanding their hiring goals and business needs.

Candidate Experience: Create and ensure a positive and engaging experience. Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to clients on key recruitment metrics.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Process Optimization: Enhance recruitment processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment.
  • Corporate and agency recruitment experience is essential.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in the Mining sector.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Expertise and experience in sourcing techniques, and using recruitment technologies.
