Medical & Health Industry Leading Managed Care Provider

MVG Recruitment Specialists is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to recruit a dynamic Operational Leader who will drive strategic and operational excellence. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while ensuring compliance, risk management, and financial sustainability within a Closed Schemes environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
2. Oversee financial management, identifying cost-saving opportunities
3. Develop and implement operational plans to enhance service delivery
4. Lead and support a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency
5. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to improve patient care outcomes
6. Manage care teams within a managed care environment (PreAuth / Case Management / Escalated Queries) - previous experience essential

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Bachelor's degree / NQF Level 7 Clinical qualification with an Advanced Diploma
2. Current registration with SANC / HPCSA essential
3. At least 6 years of experience in the Medical & Health industry
4. Minimum 3-5 years in Operational Leadership & Management
5. Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Workforce Planning
