We are inviting applications for the role of HR Admin – Assistant Manager – English – Hybrid Johannesburg!
In this role, you will be responsible to work closely with and within HR team and you will be leading important HR projects.
Responsibilities · Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience in order to provide a differentiated service to the client · Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.) · Initiate, design and implement business process excellence improvements · Demonstrate, and seeks to deepen, an awareness of business / industry issues and drivers · Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contributes to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business.· Operation Management: Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations
· In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for different geographies.
· Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
· Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
· Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g., SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.
· Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
· Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically.
· Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
· Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
· Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
· Actively participate in all process related business meeting in-person or virtually through conference calls.
· Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team.
Participate in and/or support during Client visits.
· Administers, updates and maintains master data related to payroll, time management and administration
· Work with payroll to make sure MSD/ PS payroll application is updated and configuredcorrectly
· Preparing new take on forms for CONTRACTORS and creating AD Accounts
· Processing of all new starters, FTC and Permanents on MSD/D365 – PS
· Ensuring all info on FourVision corresponds with interfaced RTA/ RTA
· Calculation of Compensation as per LOA – Payrates, updating salary adjustments, promotions, basically amending all salaries as per the request.
· Creation of position numbers, job titles, job numbers and grades are linked to employees
· Managing Payroll Management App for payroll completion – making sure no errors are pulling and info interface correctly
· QC and Approving documents for payroll access
· Updating Cost center numbers as per departmental Finance allocations
· Status changes updates
· AD accounts for PS access
· Maintain and creations of ORG management change
