Job Description

This role involves drafting and negotiating moderately complex, bespoke legal agreements. You will provide comprehensive legal advisory services across multiple business areas, identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks related to bank products and services, in accordance with the legal entity mandate and regulatory requirements. You will act as counsel to the Bank in multi-party negotiations.

Experience Required

• Sector: Corporate
• Experience: 5-7 years
• Details: Proven experience in legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination, and negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in the legal, financial, or corporate/commercial sectors. Experience in identifying and mitigating legal risks. At least 3 years' experience in people management (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
