Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Role Overview

As a Headhunter Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. Your core responsibility will be identifying, attracting, and placing top candidates in roles that match our clients' needs and expectations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for talent, and knows what makes a candidate not just good but great.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to find top-tier candidates across various industries.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate candidates beyond resumes, factoring in cultural alignment, relevant experience, and long-term fit.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases) to build strong pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and behavioral interviews to shortlist high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records using recruitment tools and software.
  • Provide support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach and vetting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Keep up with recruitment trends, hiring best practices, and industry shifts.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience conducting candidate assessments, including behavioral and situational evaluations.
  • Strong ability to identify key qualifications, including cultural fit and soft skills, not just technical competencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and solid problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Comfortable with tech tools and able to learn new systems quickly.
