JOB PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Information Officer

DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager

JOB GRADE: C1 Minimum Midpoint

TOTAL CTC: R257 643 - R303 109

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

DIVISION: EDD

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide business advice, training and information on Seda products and services and make referrals to relevant stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Coordinate branch events and activities and provide support.
  2. Disseminate information to internal and external branch stakeholders and make relevant referrals.
  3. Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate training and information sessions.
  5. Maintain and update database records and marketing material.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Certificate in Business Management/Marketing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

3 – 4 years’ experience in a customer-oriented environment. Knowledge of the small enterprise development sector. Exposure to small enterprise development sector. Events and training coordination experience.
