Job Summary

Coordinate the electrical team on vessel machinery side for Construction and Heavy lift vessels, ensuring good electrical knowledge is applied. Plan electrical maintenance and report to the Electrical Lead / Chief Engineer. Adhere to HSE and Quality procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control onboard machinery electrical/electronic equipment according to safety procedures.
2. Define maintenance work, set priorities, and propose maintenance schedules.
3. Recommend stock levels of materials to ensure work continuity.
4. Ensure work activities comply with safety procedures and practices.
5. Ensure the efficiency of machinery electrical/electronic equipment.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years offshore experience on Construction and Heavy lift vessels, with the position of ETO (Crucial Requirement).
2. Deep knowledge of Kongsberg K-Chief system.
3. Knowledge of HV power production systems, power generation, synchronization, and load sharing.
4. Fluent in English.
