Job summary

Ledaine Trading (Pty) Ltd, Africa’s leading window décor hardware supplier, seeks an hands-on E-commerce Manager to own and optimise online sales across WooCommerce and major marketplaces. You will drive conversions, manage pricing, promotions and fulfilment across Takealot, Amazon and Walmart Marketplace.

The role calls for strong commercial mindset, systems familiarity (Stock2Shop/Syspro) and the ability to work across operations, finance and logistics to grow online revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an in-house e-commerce site (WooCommerce).
• Strong track record with Takealot, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
• Proven ability to drive online sales through optimisation.
• Experience with fulfilment, logistics and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Full management of WooCommerce websites.
• End-to-end ownership of Takealot, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace accounts.
• Product performance (pricing, promotions, sell-through).
• System integration (Stock2Shop / Syspro).
• E-commerce P&L, reporting and reconciliations.
• Relationships with service providers (Couriers etc.).

We Require Someone Who Can :

• Convert traffic into sales
• Optimise marketplace and product performance

Key Responsibilities :

• Full management of WooCommerce websites
• End-to-end ownership of Takealot, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace accounts
• Product performance (pricing, promotions, sell-through)
• System integration (Stock2Shop / Syspro)
• E-Commerce P&L, reporting and reconciliations
