E-commerce & Websites Coordinator

We're hiring! Join our team in Paarl as our new E-commerce & Website Coordinator.

We're looking for someone reliable and tech-savvy to manage 3-5 online stores. You'll be the go-to person making sure our websites run smoothly, products are up-to-date, and customer enquiries don't go unanswered.

What you'll do:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of 3-5 WordPress-based online stores
2. Load and update products, images, prices, and stock levels
3. Respond to customer emails, WhatsApps, and enquiries
4. Work closely with the team to improve online experiences
5. Help drive leads, track performance, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

1. Based in or near Paarl
2. Own reliable transport
3. 3+ years experience with WordPress (WooCommerce preferred)
4. Strong attention to detail and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
