THE ROLE:
As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online stores (HI-TEC, Magnum, and Interceptor), ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role is responsible for optimizing product listings, managing orders, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and improving site performance. You will collaborate with Brand, Product, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Logistics to enhance customer journeys, boost conversions, and maximize profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Management & Customer Support: Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accuracy in tracking, delivery, refunds, and exchanges. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and brand-consistent tone. Work closely with logistics partners to resolve shipping and fulfillment issues. Assist with website updates, ensuring product pages are accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Regularly audit the website to flag and troubleshoot technical or UX-related issues. Ensure site merchandising and navigation are optimized for a smooth user experience.
- Stock & Product Listings: Ensure stock levels are accurately reflected online, aligning with promotional calendars. Upload new products with compelling descriptions and high-quality images. Work with the Product team to strategically position products for sales growth.
- Promotions & Digital Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing e-commerce promotions, flash sales, and product launches. Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize product visibility, SEO, and performance marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless integration between email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights to optimize sales, marketing efforts, and user experience. Analyze customer behavior and propose strategies to improve retention and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication: Liaise with external partners (development agency, logistics) to resolve issues and implement improvements. Support cross-functional teams with any e-commerce-related tasks or technical needs. Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with the brand's goals and seasonal initiatives.
SKILLS:
- Technical & E-commerce Expertise: Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and A/B testing for troubleshooting and optimization. Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) tools and e-commerce merchandising.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze e-commerce metrics, track KPIs, and report performance insights. Experience using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and conversion tracking tools. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data interpretation.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Degree / Diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a retail, footwear, or outdoor brand is a plus.
