Inviting applications for the role of Ecommerce- Assistant Manager – English – Onsite Johannesburg

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting Business by ensuring all Ecommerce Finance deliverables are met
  2. Cross train across all Ecommerce Finance Processes
  3. Processing, reconciling, analyzing, and problem-solving, particularly in the Customer Refunds area
  4. Enhancing, automating, streamlining, and mapping processes
  5. Performing Quality checks in the process as agreed
  6. Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
  7. Ensuring SOPs are up to date
  8. Preparing Month End Recon / Support
  9. Ensuring proper back-ups are in place for seamless service delivery to clients
  10. Resolving Zendesk Tickets by investigating and processing customer online refunds
  11. Customer service and Query resolution
  12. Payment Allocation and settlements
  13. Reconciling and clearing of GLs
  14. Supporting Team Leader
  15. Reporting to business
  16. Approvals and validations
  17. Driving process Improvement

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  1. Diploma in Finance
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance / operations role
  3. Customer service experience
  4. SAP, Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

  1. Excellent, clear, and proficient communication with stakeholders at various levels
  2. Sound decision-making in evaluating problems
  3. Attention to detail and proactive
  4. Adaptable to a changing work environment
  5. Ability to investigate issues and take necessary resolution action
