They are looking for a Business Consulting Manager to interface with clients, capture and improve business requirements, and oversee their implementation by small, high-performing development teams.

DUTIES :

1. Lead client relationships at a working level and take responsibility for requirements capture and improvement design.
2. Work closely with a highly skilled small development team to transition the design into actionable development projects.
3. Design solutions aimed at rapidly improving the performance of our customers’ businesses.
4. Build robust business cases that identify and deliver digital improvements across all aspects of business operations.
5. Maintain and cultivate client relationships throughout projects to gain a deep understanding of relevant business issues and digital priorities.
6. Define a set of business requirements in collaboration with technical specialists.
7. Translate business requirements into solutions that can be developed and/or managed within the company’s platform.

REQUIREMENTS :

Background Experience :

1. Previous experience working in a consulting environment, focusing on project-based client relationships, deal origination, selling, and solution design for complex business process improvements.
2. Experience in collecting requirements and improving solutions for digital solutions.
3. Experience in redesigning business processes.
4. Ability to define information and data requirements that meet clients' digital needs.
5. Experience overseeing digital implementations.
