Duties:

• Process and capture foreign supplier invoices
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process foreign payments
• Process and schedule foreign vendor payments
• Perform monthly creditor reconciliations to supplier statements
• Prepare and review the vendor aging report regularly
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed diploma or Certificate required
• Completed BCom degree would be beneficial

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience required
• Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred
