Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, personalized shopping experiences, and effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure customers have a seamless and memorable experience from entry to purchase.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest standards in stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness to meet brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate stocktaking processes.
- Ensure accurate stock management, including timely ordering and handling of deliveries.
- Track and analyze sales performance, report on KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure that the store is meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay informed about latest trends in luxury interiors, gifting, and design to assist customers effectively and offer expert recommendations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills are up to date.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an elegant store layout aligned with the brand's aesthetic and to enhance customer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a leadership role within high-end retail or related industry (interiors, gifting, luxury retail).
- Certifications or training in retail management, interior design, or related fields are advantageous.
