Job description

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Matric (Grade 12) essential
  2. Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport
  3. Strong administrative skills with a good understanding of processes and procedures
  4. Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal
  6. Confident in closing sales and handling objections effectively
  7. Highly target-driven, with a solution-oriented mindset
  8. Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to manage workload and client portfolio independently

DUTIES

  1. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive follow-up
  2. Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and support project requirements
  3. Stay informed on product innovations, industry trends, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients
  4. Respond promptly to inbound leads by setting up meetings and identifying customer needs
  5. Engage proactively with existing clients while sourcing and securing new business opportunities
  6. Handle incoming product and service queries professionally, with strong product knowledge
  7. Maintain accurate client information and activities in the CRM system daily
  8. Grow the client base by generating leads, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts
  9. Prepare quotes and proposals accurately and promptly, aligning with client requirements
  10. Conduct thorough after-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities
  11. Leverage existing clients for upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  12. Develop a deep understanding of the company's product and service offerings
  13. Provide consultative support to industry professionals, including architects, electricians, engineers, and project managers, ensuring appropriate solutions
  14. Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor activities and emerging opportunities
  15. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution

Salary : Basic salary plus commission and company fuel.
