Job Title: Senior Information Technology Recruiter

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa (Onsite)

Type: Contract (6 months, renewable based on performance)

Experience Required: At least 5+ years in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing

Job Description
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent acquisition goals.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruitment pipelines.
  4. Maintain a network of IT professionals and leverage platforms for talent acquisition.
  5. Serve as an acquisition advisor with a customer-focused approach.
  6. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and work effectively with diverse groups, including senior leaders.
  7. Innovate in acquiring senior-level talent and develop sustainable recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years' experience in full-cycle recruiting within a large organization, with emphasis on IT recruiting.
  2. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify candidates with specialized or rare skills.
  3. Proficiency in cold calling, networking, sourcing, and building talent communities.
  4. Excellent internet recruiting, social networking, and database searching skills.
  5. Knowledge of acquisition practices, principles, and assessment skills.
  6. Executive communication skills with tactful pushback when necessary.
  7. Ability to understand complex roles and technical acumen.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and program management skills.
Additional Information

This role is not suitable for part-time, freelance, or moonlighting jobs. The contract can be renewed or extended based on performance.
