The Lab Manager will lead and manage all laboratory operations within the R&D and QC functions, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

This is a strategic and technical leadership role that drives innovation in digital ink development while maintaining rigorous quality standards across all products and processes.Key Responsibilities : Manage all lab processes for ink formulation, testing, and analysis.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Ensure lab equipment is maintained, calibrated, and optimized for performance.Lead the deployment and operation of Albert InventEnsure seamless integration of AI-driven systems with lab operations.Maintain accurate lab records for traceability and audit readiness.Monitor lab efficiency and drive continuous improvement in tools and workflows.Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and safety.Deliver training on new technologies and procedures.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and regulatory changes.Education experience, Key knowledge and skillsMSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.10 years in lab management.Strong LIMS proficiency.Experience integrating lab data with AI systems is a bonus.Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Deep knowledge of lab protocols, safety, and quality systems.Analytical mindset with data interpretation and troubleshooting ability.Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to AI / ML platforms is an advantage
