Remote Customer Service Rep (UK Market) – Cat Lovers Only!

Salary: R12,000 per month

Bonus: Up to R2,000 monthly performance bonus

Location: Work From Home (Cape Town and Gauteng)

Requirements:

1. You must own a cat
2. Reliable fibre internet (min 25/25 Mbps) and UPS for load shedding coverage
3. Quiet Home Office environment

What You'll Do:

1. Help UK-based cat owners via phone, email, live chat, and social media
2. Offer tailored advice—from food plans to delivery queries
3. Ensure every cat and owner gets top-tier care and support
4. Share customer feedback to help us keep improving

What You Bring:

1. Must be a cat parent (non-negotiable!)
2. Empathy and top-notch communication skills
3. Quick thinking and tech-savviness
4. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
5. Grade 12 or equivalent
6. Previous customer service experience (e-commerce, retail, pet care, etc.)
7. Reliable fibre internet (min 25/25 Mbps) and UPS for load shedding coverage
