The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a skilled Engagement Manager (EM) to lead complex cloud solution projects. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership to ensure successful AWS-based implementations, bridging business needs with technical solutions, facilitating discussions, and aligning with customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying AWS frameworks, managing technical risks, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. The candidate will develop domain expertise, lead technical projects, and establish best practices, all while managing project plans, risks, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
2. Guide technical decisions using AWS services, architectures, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT projects.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
