We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Finance Director

Are you a highly organised, proactive, and discreet professional with a passion for supporting executive leadership? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Finance Director (FD) and occasionally the Executive Committee (Exco).

This is a pivotal role where your attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage complex schedules and events will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Secretarial Services

  • Be the first point of contact for the FD, managing calls, queries, and visitors.
  • Maintain and prioritise the FD’s calendar, meetings, and commitments.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor departmental entertainment budgets and manage team recognition initiatives.

Administrative Excellence

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes for key meetings.
  • Draft professional communications and manage confidential correspondence.
  • Handle purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, and document preparation.

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Plan and execute team events, liaising with venues and suppliers.
  • Coordinate local and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and compliance with policy.
