Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS or relevant standards.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights for profitability and efficiency.

Manage audit processes and prepare audit files.

Oversee month-end activities including journal entries and reconciliations.

Forecast cash flow and manage working capital and banking relationships.

Assist with tax compliance (VAT, income tax, corporate tax).

Review internal controls and identify process improvements.

Lead or support finance projects like ERP implementations or restructuring.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for strategic decisions.

Education and Experience :

Immediate availability (non-negotiable).

3–5 years post-articles experience in corporate, commercial, or audit environments.

3–5 years post-audit experience.
