Are you a seasoned support professional with a solid background in iGaming and Sports Betting?

If you know the difference between a free bet and a cash-out – and can explain it clearly to a customer – this opportunity is for you.

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the iGaming and Sports Betting space, and who's ready to join a high-performing team at one of the most exciting brands in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing :
  1. Delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support to players via live chat, email, and phone
  2. Assisting with account queries, deposits & withdrawals, promotions, bonuses, and technical issues
  3. Troubleshooting in real-time and escalating where needed
  4. Staying on top of new product features, promotions, and sports events
  5. Promoting responsible gaming at every interaction
  6. Working shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays) to ensure 24 / 7 support coverage
What You'll Need to Succeed :
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer support role within the iGaming and / or Sports Betting industry
  2. In-depth understanding of betting products, terminology, and player behaviour
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; other languages are a plus)
  4. A calm, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach
  5. Solid computer literacy and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  6. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
